Brooklyn - Brooklyn Heights: 131 Hicks Street

Built shortly before 1850, this town house is one of the few remaining examples of the Gothic Revival design popular in Mid-19th Century. The Tudor arched doorway and elaborate cornices, entablatures, and cast-iron railings are characteristic of this style applied to the row house.

Interesting Roofline

All the different roof facade designs on the opposite side row houses really stood out as I walked along this street. A little bit of New France still remains here..
