948 Sinay House

Designed by famed architect Richard Neutra, this two-story, flat-roofed building is an excellent example of International Style residential architecture. Built in 1947 for Joseph Sinay, a successful furniture marketer, this stucco and redwood house is located in the Franklin Canyon area of Los Angeles, close to Beverly Hills.
